2015年,我国开始了有别于以往刺激需求端的供给侧改革,回到增长本源创新,以期通过供给端发力破除增长困境,我国的供给侧改革指向非常鲜明,是指供给方面用结构性改革做文章,本文从宏观层面,通过实证检验货币政策对资源型经济结构转型的作用,从微观层面,通过理论模型研究货币政策对个体企业转型变革的影响,探讨如何有效实施货币政策,促进经济结构转型,助力供给侧结构性改革。
