铁路快速客运网络是中国铁路“十一五”规划提出的重点建设任务和发展目标,它主要在三个层面体现路网结构的新变化:300公里以上时速的客运专线;200～250公里时速以客运为主、兼顾货运的客运专线;通过既有线提速改造达到200公里时速的线路。这些线路将构成一张完整的中国铁路快速客运网络。
Railway Rapid Passenger Transport Network is the key construction task and development target put forward by China Railway’s Eleventh Five-Year Plan. It mainly embodies the new changes of road network structure at three levels: the passenger dedicated line with a speed of more than 300 km per hour and the distance of 200 to 250 km Passenger-oriented passenger-oriented, taking into account the passenger freight line; through the existing line speed up to 200 km speed line. These routes will form a complete China Railway rapid passenger network.
