机车车辆上装用多种电子设备已有30多年历史了。电子设备实现了装置的无触点化,为减轻维修作业、适应时代需求、实现车辆的高效运行做出了巨大贡献。但是,为实现装置的安全、稳定运行,需要适当维修保养。但电气元件的失效与故障在事前并无征兆,而且还存在从外观上难以掌握设备老化状况的问题。文章介绍了西日本铁路公司对车辆用电子设备维修开展的研究工作,描述了维修中的思路、具体应用实例。

This paper introduces the research work carried out by West Japan Railway Company on the maintenance of vehicle electronic equipment and describes the ideas in the maintenance and the concrete application examples.
