本文从综合评价角度出发建立科技发展水平评价指标体系,运用因子分析法对青海省2006-2013年科技发展水平进行动态评价。分析青海省科技发展水平变动状况及其影响因素,提出青海省提升科技发展水平的对策。
This article from the perspective of comprehensive evaluation to establish science and technology development level evaluation index system, the use of factor analysis of Qinghai Province from 2006 to 2013 to assess the level of science and technology development. Analyze the status of science and technology development in Qinghai Province and its influencing factors, and put forward the countermeasures to improve the level of science and technology development in Qinghai Province.
