Li Yan, female, born in May 1970, Zhaoyuan County, Heilongjiang Province, Ph.D., researcher, Master Instructor of Shandong Normal University, Shandong Province has made outstanding contributions to young and middle-aged experts. He graduated from Northeast Agricultural University in 1994 with a bachelor’s degree in soil chemistry and a master’s degree in crop nutrition and fertilization from Northeast Agricultural University in 1998.
