利用不同方法测出的沥青混合料密度与实际密度相比,误差明显偏大,引起沥青混合料配合比设计丧失可信度。采用表干法、水中重法和蜡封法对不同级配沥青混合料进行测试,以数理统计方法为理论计算依据,以相关系数作为判断指标,综合考虑空隙率和吸水率与密度的相关性,确定与不同级配沥青混合料相适应的密度试验方法。结果表明:对同一种沥青混合料,不同密度试验方法实测结果差别较大,对最佳沥青用量的确定和沥青混合料的路用性能的影响不容忽视;以相关系数作为判断指标,以空隙率确定沥青混合料不同密度测定方法,为沥青混合料密度试验方法的合理选择提供了理论依据和判断标准。
