目前企业财务资金管理存在的问题比较严重,去年国务院稽查特派员对60户企业进行检查,发现存在的问题不少,甚至涉嫌犯罪。其中很大的原因就是我们的管理太松,漏洞太多。主要问题不是制度不完善,而是执行不严。原来我们的管理方法是人管人,人看人,但财会人员很大程度上受总裁、总经理的影响,以至有的企业“假数据真作账,真数据假作账”。现在管理上很大的漏洞,主要是对执行没有硬约束、硬程序。加强和改善企业财务资金管理,工业企业与软件公司进行交流很有必要。搞企业的人要懂技术,特别是计算机技术;软件公司要想在软件和技术上对企业给予支持,就要懂得企业语言,传播技术通俗易懂,才能吸引和发展用户。利用软件技术是加强企业管理的重要手段,必须推行企业计算机管理,
