在《中华人民共和国水土保持法》颁布实施不久,《水土保持通报》(以下简称通报》第二届编辑委员会于1991年10月17日至19日在西安召开。参加会议的编委分别来自全国23个省(区)水保主管部门、中央院(部)级科研单位和黄河、长江等流域水利委员会及有关高等院校的教授、研究员、高级工程师等27人出席了会议。《中国科学报》特约记者赵宏兴同志特邀参加。
Shortly after the promulgation and implementation of the Law of Soil and Water Conservation of the People’s Republic of China, the second Editorial Committee of Soil and Water Conservation Bulletin (hereinafter referred to as Circular) was held in Xi’an from October 17 to 19, 1991. The editorial board members attended the meeting respectively from China Twenty-seven people including 27 departments of water conservancy and water conservancy authorities, research institutes of the central government (ministry) level, water conservancy committees of the Yellow River and Yangtze River, professors, researchers and senior engineers of related institutions of higher learning attended the conference. Special correspondent Zhao Hongxing invited to participate.
