目的:观察广西山油柑叶提取物对小鼠离体子宫收缩活动的影响,并探讨其可能的作用机制。方法:采用小鼠离体子宫实验,观察不同浓度的山油柑叶提取液对小鼠正常离体子宫收缩活动的影响和对Ach和缩宫素引起离体子宫兴奋的拮抗作用。结果:山油柑叶提取物在8 mg/ml、12 mg/ml浓度能显著降低小鼠正常子宫收缩能力(P<0.05或P<0.01);其4 mg/ml、8 mg/ml和12 mg/ml浓度可使Ach和缩宫素作用下的子宫收缩张力减小(P<0.01),且与剂量呈正相关趋势。结论:广西山油柑叶提取物能明显松弛小鼠正常离体子宫和拮抗Ach和缩宫素引起的子宫兴奋作用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of Kusumu Kusuba leaf extract on contractile activity of isolated uterus in mice and to explore its possible mechanism. Methods: Mouse uterus was used to observe the effects of different concentrations of kumquat leaf extract on contractile activity of isolated uterus in vitro and the antagonism of Ach and oxytocin induced excitability in isolated uterus. Results: The extract of C. oleifera leaves could significantly reduce the normal uterine contractility (P <0.05 or P <0.01) in 8 mg / ml and 12 mg / ml groups. The 4 mg / ml, 8 mg / ml and 12 The concentration of mg / ml reduced the contractile tension of uterus under the action of Ach and oxytocin (P <0.01), and positively correlated with the dose. Conclusion: S. kwangsiensis leaves extract can significantly relax the normal mouse uterus and antagonize Ach and oxytocin-induced uterine excitability.
