本文介绍了含磷深冲钢板的△r 值与织构的关系,指出△r 值主要由平行于轧向的晶向{111}决定。分别由体积百分含量的差值(△V/V_({111}<112>)-△V/V_({111}<110>)和 W_(lmn)对△r 值进行回归,得出了△r 值与织构之间的定量关系。
This paper introduces the relationship between △ r value and texture of the deep-drawn phosphorus-containing steel, and points out that △ r value is mainly determined by the {111} direction parallel to the rolling direction. The △ r values were regressed by the difference of volume percentage (ΔV / V_ ({111} <112>) - ΔV / V_ ({111} <110>) and W_ (lmn) △ r value and the quantitative relationship between the texture.
