采用自制6套沼气工程自动升温保温试验装置,对影响沼气工程升温保温的环境温度、发酵料液温度、保温层厚度、保温材料种类和加热方式这5个因素,通过L18(2×37)四因素三水平和一因素两水平的混合型正交试验,进行这5个因素对沼气工程高效升温保温的影响顺序和影响效果分析,寻找出农业沼气工程沼气生产高净能产量的工程参数配置方案.研究表明:这5个因素对沼气工程高效升温保温的影响顺序依次为环境温度、发酵料液温度、保温层厚度、保温材料种类和加热方式.无论何种环境温度,中温发酵工艺,罐内底部加热方式,发酵罐保温层厚度200mm,保温材料聚氨酯发泡层的工程参数配置是农业沼气工程推广应用的较佳方案.
