目的:应用三维重建技术结合快速成型技术制作牙颌三维树脂模型,并对其精准性进行评价。方法:运用光栅扫描仪对患者牙列的硅橡胶阴模进行信息采集,通过Geomagic Studio图像处理软件进行三维重建,形成三维数字化模型,并以Stl格式保存,导入快速成型机,制成三维树脂牙列模型。分别对硬石膏牙列模型、数字化三维模型和树脂模型进行测量和比较,采用SPSS 16.0软件包对数据进行统计学分析。结果:三维树脂牙列模型与硬石膏牙列模型、数字化三维模型均高度相似,3组模型在牙的高度、宽度和厚度以及牙弓宽度和长度的测量数据间无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:牙颌模型数字化技术和快速成型技术联合应用,可以辅助牙颌信息采集、制订治疗计划、矫正器设计制作,便于医患交流。
OBJECTIVE: To make a three-dimensional dental model of dental implants using three-dimensional reconstruction combined with rapid prototyping and evaluate its accuracy. Methods: Using Raster Scanner to collect the information of the silicone rubber mold of the patient’s dentition, 3D reconstruction was done by using Geomagic Studio image processing software to form a 3D digitalized model, which was stored in Stl format and introduced into the rapid prototyping machine to make 3D resin tooth Column model. The plaster dentition model, digital three-dimensional model and resin model were measured and compared respectively. The data were analyzed by SPSS 16.0 software package. Results: There was no significant difference in the height, width and thickness of the dental arch and the width and length of the arch between the three models (P> 0.05) . Conclusion: The combined application of dental digital model and rapid prototyping technique can assist in the acquisition of dental information, formulate treatment plan and design of orthosis, and facilitate the communication between doctors and patients.
