一、前言体育教学是通过发挥教师在教学过程中的主导作用和调动教学的主体(学生)的学来完成的。学生在教师的指导下,通过积极主动的参与练习,对所学知识产生新的领悟,一方面可以培养学生的自我锻炼能力、求知欲和创造精神,体现其学习上的主体性;另一方面能及时对学生的思维活动过程和运动能力强弱进行准确地反馈,这样就能克服教学的主观性和盲目性,使体育教学做到有的放矢,更加顺利的进行,达到更好的教学效果。
