为贯彻落实中央1号文件精神,进一步优化政策措施,开发农业多种功能,大力促进休闲农业发展,着力推进农村一二三产业融合,近日,农业部会同国家发展改革委等11部门联合印发了《关于积极开发农业多种功能大力促进休闲农业发展的通知》,明确了发展休闲农业的总体要求、主要任务和政策措施。
In order to implement the spirit of document No. 1 of the Central Government, further optimize policies and measures, develop various functions of agriculture, vigorously promote the development of recreational agriculture and make efforts to promote the integration of the first, second and third industries in rural areas, the Ministry of Agriculture jointly issued with 11 departments including the National Development and Reform Commission “Notice on Actively Developing Multiple Functions of Agriculture to Promote the Development of Leisure Agriculture” clearly defined the general requirements, major tasks and policies and measures for the development of leisure agriculture.
