新的公路桥涵设计规范即将出版发行。有关钢筋混凝土桥梁,在新规范中有了较大改变。构件强度设计由老规范(1975年版的《公路桥涵设计规范》)的容许应力法改用多系数极限状态法就是其中重大修改之一。构件强度计算是桥梁设计的重大内容,而强度安全指数是关系到设计是否合理甚至桥梁是否安全的关键问题。本文就此问题进行一些分析,并作新老规范的比较。钢筋混凝土桥梁以简支梁为主要形式,它将作为本文分析的对象。
The new highway bridge design specifications will be published soon. Regarding the reinforced concrete bridges, there have been major changes in the new codes. Component strength design by the old code (1975 edition of the “Code for Design of Highway Bridges and Culverts”) to allow the use of stress method to change the multi-coefficient limit state method is one of the major changes. Component strength calculation is a major part of the bridge design, and the strength safety index is the key issue related to whether the design is reasonable or even the bridge is safe. This article carries on some analysis to this question, and makes the new old standard comparison. Reinforced concrete bridges to simply supported beams as the main form, it will be the object of this analysis.
