目的 :了解常见甲状腺结节组织中端粒酶活性的区别。方法 :用端粒重复序列扩增法测定 2 2例甲状腺癌、15例甲状腺腺瘤及 4例结节性甲状腺肿术前细针抽吸细胞 (FNPC)及术后甲状腺组织端粒酶的活性。结果 :无论FNPC标本还是组织标本甲状腺癌组织的端粒酶活性表达阳性率均较高 ,并且FNPC标本与组织标本端粒酶活性表达阳性率基本一致。结论 :端粒酶是甲状腺癌定性的良好标志物 ,在甲状腺结节的鉴别诊断中具有重要意义。FNPC标本端粒酶活性测定可作为术前鉴别甲状腺结节良恶性的一种有效的检测方法
Objective: To understand the difference of telomerase activity in common thyroid nodules. Methods: The telomerase activity in 22 cases of thyroid carcinoma, 15 cases of thyroid adenoma and 4 cases of nodular goiter preoperative fine needle aspiration (FNPC) and postoperative thyroid tissue were determined by telomeric repeat amplification. . Results: The positive rate of telomerase activity was higher in both FNPC specimens and thyroid cancer tissues, and the positive rate of telomerase activity in FNPC specimens and tissue specimens was basically the same. Conclusion: Telomerase is a good marker for the qualitative diagnosis of thyroid cancer, which is of great importance in the differential diagnosis of thyroid nodules. FNPC specimens of telomerase activity can be used as a preoperative identification of benign and malignant thyroid nodules an effective detection method
