目的研究膳食硒对大鼠肝脏中5′-脱碘酶(5′-DI)的活性影响。方法实验组饲料附加硒0.5ppm。对照组不附加硒。12周后测血硒、血浆谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GPX)以及肝5′-脱碘酶活性。后者测定用Chopra氏放射免疫法。结果加硒组大鼠肝脏5′-脱碘酶活性平均为42.18±17.42PmolT3/min,mgProtein,明显高于对照组均值13.24±4.48PmolT3/min,mgProtein,P<0.001。同时平均全血硒含量明显高于对照组2.47倍。血浆GPX明显高于对照组,P<0.05。结论5′-脱碘酶活性与谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶均是含硒酶,在生理上起着重要作用。
Objective To study the effect of dietary selenium on 5’-deiodinase (5’-DI) activity in rat liver. Methods Experimental group feed additional selenium 0.5ppm. The control group did not attach selenium. Plasma selenium, plasma glutathione peroxidase (GPX) and hepatic 5’-deiodinase activity were measured after 12 weeks. The latter test using Chopra’s radioimmunoassay. Results The liver 5’-deiodinase activity in the selenium-added group was 42.18 ± 17.42PmolT3 / min, mgProtein, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (13.24 ± 4.48PmolT3 / min, mgProtein, P <0). 001. At the same time the average whole blood selenium content was significantly higher than the control group 2.47 times. Plasma GPX was significantly higher than the control group, P <0.05. Conclusion Both 5’-deiodinase activity and glutathione peroxidase are selenium-containing enzymes and play an important physiological role.
