目的:分析临床药师参与急性单核细胞白血病伴中性粒细胞减少症感染患者临床治疗的药学监护。方法:以1例急性单核细胞白血病化疗后伴中性粒细胞减少症感染患者的抗感染治疗为切入点,参与临床医师制订药物治疗方案,并提出合理的药学监护措施。结果:通过实施药学监护,临床药师参与治疗团队,提高了药物治疗的效果。结论:临床药师协同临床医师对特殊患者实施药学监护可有效保障临床治疗的有效性和安全性。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the pharmacological care of clinical pharmacists participating in the clinical treatment of patients with acute monocytic leukemia and neutropenia infection. Methods: One case of acute monocytic leukemia chemotherapy with neutropenic infection in patients with anti-infective treatment as the starting point, to participate in the development of drug treatment programs for clinicians, and put forward reasonable medical care measures. Results: Through the implementation of pharmacy care, clinical pharmacists participated in the treatment team and improved the effect of drug treatment. Conclusion: The clinical pharmacist collaborating with clinicians on the implementation of pharmacy monitoring of special patients can effectively ensure the effectiveness and safety of clinical treatment.
