飞行教员的情绪对于飞行安全和飞行教学质量有着重要的影响,做好飞行教员的情绪管理意义重大。本文在分析飞行教员情绪影响因素的基础上,就如何有效管理飞行教员的情绪提出了一些对策,以供广大飞行教员参考。
The emotion of flight instructor has an important influence on the safety of flight and the quality of flight teaching. It is of great significance to do well the emotion management of flight instructor. Based on the analysis of the influencing factors of flight instructors ’emotions, this paper puts forward some countermeasures for how to effectively manage the instructors’ emotions, which can be used for reference by the majority of flight instructors.
