利用凸轮机构,结合步进电机细分驱动技术,研制了一种伺服控制系统以满足轧辊表面毛化电极微量进给的要求。实验结果表明该系统运行可靠,毛化效果受加工参数控制。
Using the cam mechanism, combined with stepper motor subdivision drive technology, a servo control system was developed to meet the micro-feed requirements of the hair-curling electrode on the roll surface. The experimental results show that the system is reliable and the texturing effect is controlled by the processing parameters.
