目的:探讨高度近视合并白内障患者行超声乳化吸出术及人工晶体植入术后的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析71例(86眼)高度近视合并白内障患者的临床资料,将其分为眼轴≤29mm组(59眼)和眼轴>29mm组(27眼)。对此86眼行超声乳化术及人工晶体植入术,观察记录术后1周、1月、3月的视力恢复情况及其并发症,术后随诊1-2年。结果:眼轴长度≤29mm组与眼轴长度>29mm组术后1周的视力无统计学差异(P>0.05);眼轴长度≤29mm组术后1月、3月的视力恢复情况明显优于眼轴长度>29mm组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。术中并发症后囊破裂3眼,无悬韧带断裂、玻璃体溢出及视网膜脱落等并发症。结论:超声乳化吸出术及人工晶体植入术,在目前应用于高度近视合并白内障患者的手术方式中,具有较好的临床疗效,可有效地恢复视力,特别是对于眼轴≤29mm的病例,疗效更明显。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation in patients with high myopia and cataract. Methods: The clinical data of 71 eyes (86 eyes) with high myopia and cataract were retrospectively analyzed. They were divided into two groups (59 eyes) and 29 eyes (29 eyes). 86 eyes were phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation. The visual acuity and complications of 1 week, 1 month and 3 months after operation were recorded and followed up for 1-2 years. Results: There was no significant difference in visual acuity between the group of 29 mm axial length and 29 mm axial length (P> 0.05). The axial length of 29 mm group was significantly improved at 1 month and 3 months after operation In the axial length> 29mm group (P <0.05), the difference was statistically significant. Intraoperative complications of posterior capsule rupture 3, no suspension ligament rupture, vitreous overflow and retinal detachment and other complications. CONCLUSIONS: Phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation have good clinical efficacy in the current surgical treatment of patients with high myopia and cataract, which can effectively restore visual acuity. Especially for cases with axial length less than or equal to 29 mm, The effect is more obvious.
