Jin Xiulan is the Sixi Huai Corps Migrant Workers Captain, Youth League branch deputy secretary. In her project of treating Huai River, she has always taken exemplary actions and unite with the masses to overcome all kinds of difficulties. She was chosen as the model for treating her grandstanding by participating in the Third World Youth Congress in August last year.
