7月7日,由交通部办公厅主持的《高速公路管理体制研究》课题通过了部组织的专家评审。 80年代中期以来,我国高速公路以前所未有的速度和规模发展。与此同时,高速公路的管理也日显重要,各地为此进行了积极的探索和实践。为了建立科学的高速公路管理体制,适应高速公路的运营规律,1997年11月,陕西、重庆、安徽、河南、辽宁、吉林、河北和广东等八省、市交通厅(局)和交通部科技信息研究所共同承担了交通部重点科技计划项目《高速公路管理体制研究》课题。
On July 7, the topic of “Research on Expressway Management System”, chaired by the General Office of the Ministry of Communications, passed the expert review organized by the Ministry. Since the mid-1980s, the expressway of our country has been developing at an unprecedented speed and scale. At the same time, the management of expressways is becoming more and more important. Various localities have conducted active exploration and practice for this purpose. In order to establish a scientific freeway management system and to adapt to the operation rules of expressways, in November 1997, Shaanxi, Chongqing, Anhui, Henan, Liaoning, Jilin, Hebei and Guangdong provinces and municipalities such as the Communications Department (Bureau) and the Ministry of Communications Information Institute jointly assumed the Ministry of Communications key science and technology project “Highway Management System” project.
