卵巢肿瘤是妇科常见病,但发生淋巴肉瘤较少见,现报告一例。张××女 25岁病理号:72—1523 一般资料:患者23岁结婚,第一胎产后一直自觉下腹阵发性扭痛,逐渐消瘦十个月。近半月疼痛加剧,始发现盆腔肿块,增大迅速,不能平卧,行动感困难入院就诊。检查两下肺呼吸音减弱,闻及湿性啰音。心尖向左下扩大,心尖区Ⅲ级收缩期杂音。血压100/60毫米汞柱,呼吸100次/分,体温38.5℃。盆腔触及肿块,活动度小,质硬。
