目的观察羟苯磺酸钙胶囊在糖尿病背景性视网膜病变中的作用。方法将我院门诊经散瞳眼底照相确诊的糖尿病背景性视网膜病变86例随机分为治疗组46例和对照组40例,常规给予改善微循环和抗血小板聚集药物,治疗组加用羟苯磺酸钙胶囊治疗,疗程1年,观察疗效。结果治疗组总有效率93.4%,明显高于对照组的70%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论羟苯磺酸钙胶囊是治疗糖尿病背景性视网膜病变的有效药物,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the role of calcium dobesilate in diabetic retinopathy. Methods Eighty-six patients with diabetic retinopathy diagnosed by mydriasis fundus photography in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 46) and control group (n = 40). The patients were given conventional therapy to improve microcirculation and anti-platelet aggregation, Calcium acid capsule treatment, course of treatment for 1 year, observe the effect. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.4%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (70%). The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Calcium dobesilate is an effective medicine for the treatment of diabetic retinopathy. It is worthy of clinical application.
