Intel 8255A是一个为8080/8085微型机系统设计的通用I/O接口芯片,它可用程序来改变功能,通用性强,使用灵活。8255A芯片亦可与PC—1500型计算机CPU LH5801配接,通过8255A芯片直接将CPU总线接向外设。采用CMOS工艺制造的8255A芯片为82C55A,它与8255A完全兼容,但功耗低,静态电流仅1mA,特别适用于PC—1500这种便携式计算机开发之用。后面文中提及的8255既可以是8255A,也可以是82C55A,具体采用什么型号视接口允许功耗而定。一、8255简介
