The computational model of this work is: High-purity Ge detector inverted a Miro cup, the cup for the soil, the cup shell is made of plastic polyethylene. Photon from the soil by the Milo Cup uniform, isotropic generated. It is necessary to calculate the all-around peak efficiency of a photon with a certain energy incident on a high-purity Ge detector. This work was calculated using the EGS4 package, the calculated results are in good agreement with the experiment.
