PHQZJ—Ⅰ排振滑模式坡面砌筑机衬砌施工工法旨在规范和指导南水北调中线干线工程渠道混凝土衬砌施工管理,确保工程质量。将混凝土机械化衬砌施工从人、机、料、法、环等环节进行了施工工法指导和规范。本文详细介绍了机械化渠道衬砌施工、控制和检验手段,阐述了当前渠道衬砌施工中衬砌机、混凝土抹面抹光机、工作台车等先进施工设备的机械一体化作业及其施工工法。针对不同季节、不同施工环境,本工法也提出了渠道衬砌施工中衬砌机的衬砌速度、振捣时间、抹面压光的适宜时间和遍数等衬砌施工参数,为合理配置各种资源提供了依据。根据工法提出的渠道衬砌施工中衬砌机的衬砌速度、振捣时间、抹面压光的适宜时间和遍数等衬砌施工参数,各种资源达到了合理配置,避免了资源的闲置和浪费,加快了机械化施工的速度。
