非选择性地对70例风湿性疾病患者测定其泌乳素(PRL)基础水平,其中32例为系统性红斑狼疮(SLE),20例类风湿性关节炎,12例风湿性关节炎,3例皮肌炎和3例硬皮病。另以40例健康者作为对照。32例SLE中有10例高泌乳素血症,且血PRL和SLE活动指数相关。同时测定PRL和抗核抗体(ANA)表明,该10例中7例ANA阳性。以上结果提示免疫调节激素PRL在SLE发病中有一定作用。
Seventy patients with rheumatic diseases were non-selectively measured basal levels of prolactin (PRL), of which 32 were systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), 20 rheumatoid arthritis, 12 rheumatoid arthritis, 3 patients Dermatomyositis and 3 cases of scleroderma. Another 40 healthy people as a control. There were 10 cases of hyperprolactinemia in 32 cases of SLE, and the correlation between blood PRL and SLE activity index. Simultaneous determination of PRL and antinuclear antibodies (ANA) showed that 7 of 10 of the 10 patients were positive for ANA. The above results suggest that immunomodulatory hormone PRL has a role in the pathogenesis of SLE.
