根据城市交通系统的现状 ,利用面向对象方法和面向对象程序设计语言 ,通过实现城市交通的基本点——交叉口之间的计算机仿真设计 ,最终实现实时的优化控制。

According to the status quo of urban transportation system, real-time optimal control is finally realized by using object-oriented method and object-oriented programming language, and by realizing the computer simulation design between the basic point of urban transport and intersection.
