硅钙(镁)钒复合合金用于冶炼重轨钢代替铝作终脱氧剂。由于消除链状氧化铝夹杂和生成球状氧化物夹杂而提高重轨质量。硅钙(镁)钒复合合金是在电炉内用硅还原石灰、白云石,然后添加钒铁或同时还原五氧化二钒制成。本文提出硅还原法生产硅钙(镁)钒合金的物质传递模型和对冶炼过程进行分析。硅钙(镁)钒复合合金是多相硅化物复合合金,它的主相有:FeSi_2,CaSi_2,VSi_2,FeSi,CaSi,Si及Mg_2Si。这种合金的熔化温度为1410~1474℃,密度为3.11~3.96g/cm~3。
Silicon-calcium (magnesium) vanadium composite alloy for the heavy rail steel smelting instead of aluminum for the final deoxidizer. Heavy rail quality is improved by eliminating the inclusion of chain-like alumina and the formation of spherical oxide inclusions.
