2004年7月19日,由中国公证员协会组织的中外专家公证立法研讨会在北京人民大会堂举行,会议由中国公证员协会会长王福家主持,来自全国人大、国务院法制局、司法部法制司、律师公证工作指导司、在京高等院校学者、法学专家和法国公证界代表共40余人参加了研讨。中外专家对两国的公证制度进行了详细的介绍。并针对我国公证立法中的热点和难点问题,进行了广泛和深入的研讨,提出了许多富有建设性的意见,对完善我国的公证立法具有积极的借鉴作用。
On July 19, 2004, a seminar on notarization of Chinese and foreign experts organized by the China Notary Association was held in Beijing Great Hall of the People. The meeting was presided over by Wang Fujia, president of China Notary Association and from the NPC, the Legislative Affairs Bureau of the State Council, the legal system of the Ministry of Justice Secretary, Department of Notary Work Guidance Division, scholars in Beijing institutions of higher learning, legal experts and the notary public in France a total of more than 40 representatives attended the seminar. Chinese and foreign experts carried out a detailed introduction to the notarization system in both countries. And conducted extensive and in-depth discussions on the hot and difficult issues in notarized legislation in our country and put forward many constructive suggestions which have a positive reference for the improvement of notarized legislation in our country.
