目的:对影响肺结核患者治疗转归的因素、进展和预防方法进行分析,为肺结核病的预防和治疗提供理论借鉴。方法:随机选取我院2015年9月至2017年2月实施治疗的90例肺结核患者作为研究对象,对肺结核患者转归治疗的影响因素进行分析。结果:提高患者对肺结核病的相关知识,加强对肺结核疾病的重视程度,在发现这项疾病之初就能够及时到医院进行诊疗,能够有效提高肺结核患者的治疗转归,通过对这90例肺结核患者进行研究,通过对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the factors influencing the outcome of tuberculosis patients, the progress and prevention methods, and provide theoretical references for the prevention and treatment of tuberculosis. Methods: Ninety patients with tuberculosis treated in our hospital from September 2015 to February 2017 were randomly selected as the research object, and the influencing factors of the prognosis of pulmonary tuberculosis patients were analyzed. Results: To improve the patients’ knowledge about tuberculosis and strengthen the emphasis on tuberculosis, we can get the diagnosis and treatment to the hospital in time when the disease is found, which can effectively improve the treatment outcome of tuberculosis patients.Through these 90 cases of tuberculosis Patients were compared, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).
