我院于1997年3月抢救了一例食菠萝致过敏性休克的患者,由于发现早,抢救及时,挽救了病人生命,现报告如下1.病例介绍 患者,女,30岁。1997年3月20日由于食一约500g菠萝后突然出现腹痛、呕吐、皮肤瘙痒,四肢遍布不规则风团。1小时出现烦躁不安、面色苍白、出冷汗、呼吸困难,急来我院门诊抢救。立即平卧,大流量吸氧,静脉推注地塞米松10mg,0.1％肾上腺素0.5ml,症状缓解不明显,即给10％葡萄糖500ml,地塞米松10mg静滴,半小时后症状逐渐缓解,1小时后患者恢复正常。
