目的建立HPLC法测定飞扬肠胃炎片中没食子酸含量。方法色谱柱:Shi madzu VP-ODS C18(4.6×250mm);流动相:甲醇-四氢呋喃-0.2%磷酸(1∶1∶98);检测波长:274nm;流速:1mL·min-1。结果该方法简单、灵敏,具有良好的专属性、精密度和重现性,符合含量测定分析的要求。其加样回收率为100.5%,没食子酸的线性回归方程为y=29071.47450x+86.19571,相关系数R2=0.99996。结论本含量测定方法可作为本品的质控方法。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of gallic acid in Feiyang gastritis tablets. Method Column: Shimadzu VP-ODS C18 (4.6×250mm); mobile phase: methanol-tetrahydrofuran-0.2% phosphoric acid (1:1:98); detection wavelength: 274nm; flow rate: 1mL·min-1. Results The method is simple, sensitive, and has good specificity, precision and reproducibility, which meets the requirements of content determination and analysis. The recovery rate of the sample was 100.5%, the linear regression equation of gallic acid was y=29071.47450x+86.19571, and the correlation coefficient was R2=0.99996. Conclusion This assay can be used as a quality control method for this product.
