国家地震局于1979年8月6—11日在北京召开了《地下水动态测报地震专业会议》。参加会议的代表来自中国科学院、石油工业部、国家地质总局、第五机械工业部、中国人民解放军某部和国家地震局所属各有关单位共50名(其中包括特邀代表2名)。 国家地质总局地质力学研究所总工程师胡海涛同志和国家地震局地质研究所研究员罗焕炎同志在大会上分别作了“地下水网络与地震的关系”和“地下水动态与地震预报”的报告。他们的发言对代表们启发很大。 会议共收到论文26篇,其内容比较丰富,大致概括为如下几个方面;地震水文地质条件;地下水动态
Seismological Bureau of China held the “Earthquake Dynamic Survey and Conference on Groundwater” on August 6-11, 1979 in Beijing. Representatives from the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Ministry of Petroleum Industry, the State Geological Administration, the Fifth Machinery Industry Department, a unit of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army and the State Seismological Bureau affiliated units of 50 (including two invited representatives). Comrade Hu Hai-tao, chief engineer of the Institute of Geomechanics of the State General Administration of Geology, and Comrade Luo Huan-Yan, a researcher of the Institute of Geology, State Seismological Bureau made a report on the relationship between groundwater networks and earthquakes and the prediction of groundwater dynamics and earthquakes at the conference. Their speeches inspired them greatly. The conference received a total of 26 papers, its content is rich, broadly summarized as the following aspects; seismic hydrogeological conditions; groundwater dynamics
