近10余年来国外作者对核右移营养性巨幼红细胞性贫血诊断作了较多研究。目前国内尚未见关于核右移实验研究的报告。本文通过552例儿童实验检测资料统计分析,对检测核右移诊断儿童叶酸和/或VitB_(12)缺乏有关问题进行了实验探讨。
In the recent more than 10 years, foreign authors have done more researches on the diagnosis of the right-sided nutritional megaloblastic anemia. At present, there is no report on the experimental study of rightward shift in China. Based on the statistical analysis of 552 children’s experimental test data, this paper explored the problems related to the detection of folate deficiency and / or VitB 12 deficiency in children diagnosed with right-shifted nuclei.
