裂缝的出现和开展是结构破坏的先兆。建筑物中裂缝的存在预示着结构承载力可能不足,过大的裂缝会促使钢筋锈蚀而降低结构耐久性。而建筑中砖砌体裂缝较为普遍,轻者影响建筑物美观,造成渗漏水,严重者降低建筑结构的承载力、刚度、稳定和整体性、耐久性,甚至还会导致房屋整体倒塌事故的发生。因此,正确分析裂缝成因、切实加以防治十分必要。
The emergence and development of cracks is a harbinger of structural damage. The presence of cracks in the building indicates that the structural capacity may be inadequate. Excessive cracks can cause the steel to corrode and reduce the structural durability. Brick cracks in buildings are more common, the light affect the appearance of buildings, resulting in leakage of water, seriously reduce the bearing capacity of the building structure, stiffness, stability and integrity, durability, and even lead to the overall collapse of the house occur. Therefore, it is very necessary to correctly analyze the causes of cracks and effectively prevent and control them.
