当读者接到这本刊物时,新世纪的曙光即将在天边冉冉升起。不必争论地球上哪个角落最早迎来下一个千年的太阳,不必争论新世纪的坐标是由“0”开始还是由“1”开始,因为我们都是跨越两个千年的历史见证人。
When readers receive this publication, the dawn of the new century is about to rise above the horizon. It is not necessary to argue which corner of the earth will first usher in the sun for the next millennium. It is not necessary to argue that the coordinates of the new century should begin with “0” or “1” because we are both historical witnesses across two millennia.
