今年是全面深化改革的关键之年。国有企业改革是整个经济体制改革的中心环节,深化国有企业改革是经济体制改革的重点任务。当前,按照党的十八届三中全会的战略部署,新一轮国有企业改革正在全面展开。国有企业改革事关我国社会主义基本经济制度,事关促进社会公平正义、增进人民福祉,事关国家安全和党的执政基础,事关巩固和发展中国特色社会主义制度的重要支柱。我们要深入学习贯彻习近平总书记系列重要讲话精神,充分认识深化国有企业改革的重大意义,准确把握深化国有企业改革的正确方向和重大举措,着力做好深化国有企业改革这篇大文章。
This year is a crucial year for deepening the overall reform. The reform of state-owned enterprises is the central link of the entire economic reform.
