目的:分析健康成年人左心室整体和局部心肌力学参数及性别差异。方法:连续选取2015年10月至2016年8月于乌尔姆大学医院进行1.5 T心脏磁共振检查的健康成年男、女性各50名。进行稳态自由进动序列成像并半自动地勾画出左心室心内、外膜位置后,使用组织追踪技术测量左心室整体和局部(基底段、中间段和心尖段)心肌在径向、周向和纵向的应变、应变率、位移、位移速度、扭转和扭转率峰值,采用t检验或非参数检验比较性别差异。结果:(1)女性整体和局部心肌应变、应变率的峰值水平均高于男性;(2)女性中间段心肌纵向位移的峰值水平高于男性;(3)女性整体和中间段心肌纵向位移速度的峰值水平高于男性;(4)扭转和扭转率均未见显著性别差异。结论:女性左心室整体和局部的部分力学参数水平高于男性。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze global and regional left ventricular myocardial mechanics parameters and gender differences in healthy adults. Methods: A total of 50 healthy adult men and women were enrolled in this study. They were selected from October 2015 to August 2016 at the University of Ulm Hospital for 1.5 T cardiac magnetic resonance imaging. After steady-state free precession imaging and semi-automatic mapping of left and right ventricular endocardium and epicardial position, we used tissue tracking technique to measure the radial and circumferential distributions of the left and right ventricular myocardium in whole and in part (basal segment, middle segment and apical segment) And longitudinal strain, strain rate, displacement, displacement velocity, torsion, and torsion peak were compared using t-test or nonparametric test to compare gender differences. Results: (1) The peak values of global strain and strain rate were higher in women than in men. (2) The peak value of myocardial longitudinal displacement was higher in women than in men. (3) The longitudinal displacement velocity (4) There were no significant gender differences in the twisting and twisting rates. Conclusion: The global and local mechanical parameters of left ventricular are higher in women than in men.
