皮上划痕法是我国目前常用的卡介苗接种方法之一。一般认为它具有器具简单、反应较轻、群众乐于接受的优点。不做结素直接划痕接种,手续更为简便,利于大面积普及推广。但近年来普遍反映其阳转率偏低。为了寻求原因,笔者侧重于划痕技术问题,温习了手头有关文献,旨在为改进划痕操作、提高划种阳转率求得一些帮助。从上海松江、山东烟台及成都等地的报告看,划痕深度与阳转有密切关系。8—12周复查深划出血组阳转率(87.5—90.0%)较浅划不出血组阳转率(33.6—70.0%)明显为高。从江苏义征县、山东省结防院及聊城的报告看出,瘢痕宽粗、清楚者的12周阳转率(83.2—94.4%)较无瘢痕或瘢痕细窄不清者的12周阳转率(30.5—76.3%)为高。瘢宽2mm以上者12周及一年阳性率均达100%,二年后仍有88.6%维持阳性,北京和山东聊城的报告表明。划痕长度与阳转有一定关系。每痕长2—2.5cm者阳转(12周78.0—95.2%,一年79.8—85.3%,二年72.9—78.7%)高于每痕长1—1.5cm者(12周74.4—88.5%,一年65.0—
Skin scratch method is currently one of the BCG vaccination methods commonly used in our country. It is generally believed that it has the advantages of simple appliances, less reaction, and people willing to accept it. Do not knot directly scratch vaccination, procedures are more simple and conducive to the popularization of large-scale promotion. However, in recent years it generally reflects the low rate of positive conversion. In order to find the reason, the author focuses on the technical problems of scratches and reviews the relevant documents at hand, aiming at obtaining some help for improving the scratching operation and raising the positive conversion rate.
