广东佛山分析仪器厂从日本掘场引进的MEXA-324F CO/HC红外线气体分析仪,主要用于环境保护部门对汽车尾气的监测。但它的仪表读数与CO/HC含量呈非线性关系,读数精度较低。为了解决这些问题,我们根据仪表的非线性数据,用微型机进行信号处理,再输出给打印设备,打印出气体的浓度值,不仅读数方便,同时也提高了读出(打印)精度。
MEXA-324F CO / HC Infrared Gas Analyzer introduced from Japan’s Tsukamoto, Foshan, Guangdong, is mainly used for environmental protection department’s monitoring of automobile exhaust gas. However, its meter reading and CO / HC content showed a non-linear relationship, the reading accuracy is low. In order to solve these problems, we use the microcomputer to process the signal according to the non-linear data of the instrument, and then output it to the printing device to print the gas concentration value, which not only makes the reading easy but also improves the readout (printing) accuracy.
