目的 观察人工晶体植入术后发生的并发症及其原因。方法 对７６例７６眼白内障患者（老年性白内障６０例，外伤性白内障１６例）行现代白内障囊外摘除联合一期后房型人工晶体植入术。结果 术后并发症有角膜水肿后层混浊２４例（３１．６％），虹膜睫状体炎２２例（２８．９％），晶体后囊混浊９例（１１．８％），瞳孔变形３例（３．９％），人工晶体偏位２例（２．６％），继发性青光眼及虹膜嵌顿各１例（１．３％）。结论 疗效的好坏关键是预防和及时处理并发症以及手术技巧的提高。
Objective To observe the complications and their causes after intraocular lens implantation. Methods Sixty-six patients with 76 eyes with cataract (senile cataract 60, traumatic cataract 16) were treated with extracapsular cataract extraction and posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation. Results Postoperative complications included corneal edema in 24 cases (31.6%), iridocyclitis in 22 cases (28.9%), crystal posterior capsule opacity in 9 cases (11.8%), pupil deformity Cases (3.9%), intraocular lens deviation in 2 cases (2.6%), secondary glaucoma and iris incarceration in 1 case (1.3%). Conclusion The key to the efficacy of the treatment is to prevent and promptly handle the complications and improve the surgical skills.
