目的:探讨对老年2型糖尿病利用甘精胰岛素联合口服降糖药方法进行治疗所取得的临床效果。方法:选择2010.1-2013.9在我院和集团医院内分泌科进行治疗的老年2型糖尿病患者70例,将这些患者分成两组,且两组患者数量相等,每组中各有35例,将这两组患者分别记为观察组与对照组,观察组中患者利用甘精胰岛素联合口服降糖药方法来进行治疗,对照组中患者利用预混胰岛素来进行治疗,观察两组患者的临床治疗效果,对两组患者空腹状态下血糖水平以及餐后2h血糖水平进行比较分析。结果:在完成治疗后,观察组中患者的治疗总有效率为97.1%,对照组中患者的总有效率为71.0%,两组患者之间存在显著差异;比较两组患者的各项临床指标,两组患者各项指标均有所改善,但观察组中患者的改善程度明显高于对照组患者,两者差异明显。结论:对于2型糖尿病老年患者,利用甘精胰岛素联合口服降糖药方法进行治疗,能够取得很好的临床治疗效果,临床治疗有效率较高,能够使患者血糖水平得到显著改善,使患者生活质量得到明显提高,值得在临床上推广。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of treating elderly type 2 diabetes with insulin glargine and oral hypoglycemic agents. Methods: Seventy patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who were treated in Department of Endocrinology in our hospital and Group Hospital from 2010.1 to 2013.9 were divided into two groups, and the number of patients was the same in both groups, with 35 cases in each group. Group patients were recorded as observation group and control group, the observation group patients with insulin glargine oral hypoglycemic agents for treatment, the control group of patients with premixed insulin for treatment, the clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed, Fasting blood glucose levels and postprandial blood glucose levels were compared between the two groups. Results: After the completion of treatment, the total effective rate of treatment was 97.1% in the observation group and 71.0% in the control group. There were significant differences between the two groups. The clinical indexes of the two groups were compared , The two groups of patients have improved the indicators, but the observation group patients improved significantly higher than the control group, the difference was significant. Conclusion: In elderly patients with type 2 diabetes, the use of insulin glargine combined with oral hypoglycemic agents for treatment, can achieve good clinical treatment, clinical treatment of high efficiency, can make patients with significant improvement in blood glucose levels, so that patients with life The quality has been significantly improved, it is worth in the clinical promotion.
