在沉淀还原熔炼(OBП)粗锑过程中,有35%As进入返尘,这不仅增加了熔矿炉(PTП)的砷量,还使粗锑中砷的含量提高到3~3.5%。在提高含锑(30~35%)富砷(5~7%)精炼渣产率的情况下,精炼高砷粗锑时伴随增加了电能和苛性碱的耗量。
35% As goes back to dust during the precipitating reduction smelting (OBП) of crude antimony, which not only increases the arsenic content in the PTП but also increases the arsenic content in the crude antimony to 3 to 3.5%. With the increase of the yield of refined arsenic (5-7%) containing antimony (30-35%), the refining of high-arsenic crude antimony is accompanied by increased consumption of electric energy and caustic.
