目的对河北省沧州中西医结合医院口服抗高血压药物的临床应用情况进行分析,为合理用药提供参考。方法对该院2011年1月-2013年12月门诊口服抗高血压药的品种、销售额、用药频度(DDDs)等进行统计分析。结果 3年里该院口服抗高血压药的销售额和用药频度显著上升,以钙通道阻滞剂类、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂类、血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂类为主,单用品种DDDs排名前3位的依次是氨氯地平、硝苯地平、吲达帕胺。结论该院口服抗高血压药应用情况基本合理。
Objective To analyze the clinical application of oral antihypertensive drugs in Cangzhou Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Hebei Province for reference for rational drug use. Methods The hospital from January 2011 to December 2013 oral antihypertensive drug varieties, sales, medication frequency (DDDs) were statistically analyzed. Results The sales and medication frequency of oral antihypertensive drugs increased significantly in the hospital in the past three years. Among them, calcium channel blockers, angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors, and angiotensin Ⅱ receptor antagonists were the mainstay. DDDs single-use varieties in the top three followed by amlodipine, nifedipine, indapamide. Conclusion The hospital oral antihypertensive drugs basically reasonable.
