精索肉瘤临床少见，本院收治３例，报告如下。１ 临床资料例１ １６岁。因发现右半阴囊无痛肿块渐增大１个月，于１９９３年６月入院。体检：右半阴囊内可触及一６ｃｍ×４ｃｍ×３ｃｍ、质硬如石样肿块，与右附睾、睾丸分界不明显，左侧无异常。Ｂ超示：右睾丸上有一５４ｃ
Surgical sarcoma is rarely seen clinically. There are 3 cases treated in this hospital. The report is as follows. 1 Clinical data Example 1 16 years old. The painless mass in the right half of the scrotum gradually increased for 1 month and was admitted to hospital in June 1993. Physical examination: The right half of the scrotum can reach a 6cm × 4cm × 3cm, hard as a stone-like mass, and the right epididymis, testis boundaries are not obvious, the left no abnormalities. B ultrasound shows: there is a 54c on the right testicle
