已有的测定全血、血清或血小板丰富血浆(PRP)内的5-HT 含量的荧光法和放射免疫或酶标分析虽灵敏,但程序复杂,故均不适于常规使用。本法将血样品以过氯酸脱蛋白处理,取上清液即可测定,具有快速简便、重复性好和灵敏等优点。测定用带有TL-3检测器的LC-50液相色谱仪,层析柱为μBondapak C_(18)(内径30 cm×3.9mm,粒子大小10μm)。流动相为含8%甲醇的0.009 mol/l 枸橼酸和0.082 mol/l 醋酸
