我在办“中共福建省委办公厅会议纪要”时,曾予落款,可被人删掉了。我查了许多“会议纪要”,确实都没有落款。可按理说,公文必须落款。会议纪要不要落款?落了款有没有错?
When I did the “Minutes of the General Office of the CPC Fujian Provincial Committee,” it was canceled and it was deleted. I checked a lot of “meeting minutes”, there is no inscription.
